Presale · opens 1 October
Your first 1,000 followers in 30 days
In the 30 days to 16 September my posts were seen 298,042 times, up 472%, by 100,204 people, and 477 of them followed me. No ads, no following to speak of, and nothing clever. That is my own Threads insights screen below, not a graphic I made.

It didn't start like that. For 8 months I stuck at 280 followers, because I hadn't nailed my process. Then I started talking to my actual ideal audience, in what I posted and in the conversations underneath it, and the follows and the reach started.
A follower is just somebody you can reach again for nothing, and that's the whole of why this matters. Etsy won't give you one. The woman who finds you in the search box has never heard of you, won't remember you tomorrow, and Etsy keeps her name and her email address. You get a review.
And then the half that nothing else covers, because it all stops dead at the follow. Somebody taps follow, which is a lovely feeling, and then usually nothing happens at all. So the other half of this is what to do in the first few minutes after, and how you get them onto your list where you can reach them on a day that suits you.
This is my proven method, the one I've used to grow my own account over the past month. No bots, no fake accounts, just real conversations with other handmade businesses.
I can't promise you my exact numbers, because I don't know your shop. What I can hand you is the process that produced them, which is my own, tested on somebody else's shop, and written down in the order you do it.
You don't need anything else of mine first. If you've never heard of me until this minute, this is the one I'd start with.
“I haven’t got time for another platform”
You're not learning a platform here, you're following a process that is already worked out. I spent 8 months finding out what does not work, and that part is done. You get to start where I got to in August.
And most of it isn't posting. The thing that moved my numbers most is a routine that takes about 10 minutes, and you can do it with a cup of tea in your other hand. The posting matters too, and there is a way to do that which works, and it is all in there in the order you do it.
“I’ve tried Threads and nothing happened”
So had I, for 8 months. I sat at 280 followers the whole time, and what was missing wasn't effort, it was the process. That is the bit that is written down in here.
If you have had a go and it went nowhere, you are not behind. You're where I was in August
“Your account grew because you talk about business. Mine sells what I make”
Fair question, so I gave it to a maker to run before I sold it to anybody. Elizabeth makes jewellery. She found me on Threads, and she had been posting into the same silence I had.
She is on 408 followers now with 1.9K views in a month, and 1.6K of those came off one single post, with the people she actually wants reading it replying underneath

She didn't change a thing about what she makes or how she photographs it. She changed what she posted, and where she put her time when she wasn't posting. That is the whole of it, and it is what is written down in here.
A second maker ran one of these the same week. She hand stitches leather, and her posts had been doing what leather posts do.
188 comments on one post, which she said was more than any leather post she does

What is in it
- What to post and how often, so the right person stops instead of scrolling past
- My 10 minute routine, which is the thing that actually moved my numbers
- How to turn a reader into somebody who has put a hand up
- What to send them next, without ever cold DMing anybody
- The Handmade Money Machine included, so you know what to type back when somebody does message you
And what you end up with is yours. A list of people who found you, liked what you make and asked to hear from you, that nobody can take off you and that you can talk to on any day you like.
What I promise, and what I will not
You get: all five of those on 1 October, at the £17 you paid today, with an email from me on the day with the link in it. The Handmade Money Machine is in there too, which is its own thing I sell separately.
If it isn't open on 1 October, or you open it and it isn't what this page said it was, email me and I'll refund you on the spot, no explaining
What I'm not promising is followers or sales. I don't know your shop or how often you'll post. What I'm handing you is the process that took me off 280, written down in the order I did it, and it has been run by somebody who isn't me.
