Who we are

Inkspace Studios is a sole trader business based in England, run by Kerri, and is the data controller for the information described here. You can write to us at 5, BS16 6UR, or email hello@inkspacestudios.com.

What we collect

Your name and email when you create an account; what you write in the workbooks as you work through them; and, if you buy, payment details handled entirely by our payment processor (we never see your full card number).

Why, and the lawful basis

To run your account and deliver what you signed up for (performance of a contract). We only send marketing emails with your consent, given when you opt in, and you can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Their handling of your card details is covered by Stripe's own terms; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll sort it within a month. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run Inkspace Studios, and they only process your data to do their job: Stripe (payments), Supabase (your account, login and the database where your work is stored), systeme.io (our email list and the emails you opt into), and our website hosting provider. Each handles your data under its own security and data-protection terms.

Keeping it safe

Your data is held with those providers under their security terms, and we keep it only as long as we need to.
