Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Inkspace Studios is a sole trader business run by Kerri, at 5, BS16 6UR. Questions about a payment, email hello@inkspacestudios.com and we'll always try to do the fair thing.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't part-refund an unused stretch of a billing period unless we've clearly got something wrong.

Digital content

Because access to the content is immediate, your statutory 14-day right to change your mind may not apply once you start using it. We spell this out at checkout so there are no surprises.

If something's wrong

If the product isn't as described or isn't working, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. That's your right and we're happy to honour it.
