Starts Thursday 17 September
Count 45 days on from Thursday 17 September and you land on Sunday 1 November, a launch weekend, with the whole of November and the first half of December still ahead of you to sell into. That is the date this is built around.
The 45 days are not 45 days of making, and that misreading eats whole autumns, mine included. They are a runway. You set the date, decide what you're launching, build the collection, grow the list of people who want to hear from you, and let them watch it come to life. Then launch week, where you press send.
One small task a day, so you always know what today's job is instead of making all autumn and hoping December sorts itself out.

My best weekend as a maker was a Christmas launch, and underneath it sat 6 weeks of showing my list the fabrics as they arrived and slipping samples into parcels I was posting anyway. By launch weekend nobody was discovering that collection, they were waiting for it.

The challenge opens nearer the date and the waitlist hears first, so you get time to pick your launch date before everyone else. While you wait I'll send you the free 7 Days, one short lesson a day, which is where the warm list this whole thing depends on actually comes from
